SHIPMENT
We ship internationally. Regular shipment within the E.U. is free of charge. We have reasonable prices for global shipment, from as low as 59kr (Swedish Krona), this will show at checkout. If you want to have the possibility to trace your order we offer tracked and insured shipping for 99-129kr (Swedish Krona). Regular shipment is not traceable.
If you are buying from overseas we strongly recommend that you choose the tracked and insured shipment option.
Orders over 100$ / about 800kr entitle you to free worldwide shipping.
Each order contains a selection of free stickers and is packed and dispatched as soon as possible.
TIME OF DELIVERY
You should receive your goods in about 3-5 days working days after dispatch (E.u & Europe) or 10-12 working days after dispatch (International orders). We ship with the Swedish post, please be aware that these delivery times are an approximation and some countries may experience delays due to customs and different postage systems. If you have not received your item 3 weeks after you placed your order, then please contact us and we will investigate and look into taking further action if necessary.
IMPORTANT! During the holiday seasons, the shipping time can differ from those estimated due to high pressure on all parties. We can not guarantee the time of delivery during these periods.
CURRENCY
Prices are set in the currency Swedish Krona (kr). Please let our currency converter guide you if you are buying from another country, see below in footer.
Please observe that prices will vary over time if you have another currency.
INFO VAT
In accordance with Swedish tax regulations we apply Swedish VAT (25%) to all orders within the E.U. Don´t worry, it is not an additional cost, it is included in the prices you see in the webshop. Customers from non-E.U. countries do not pay VAT, please see below.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you reside in a country outside of the European Union tax will not be added. This will show at checkout once you have selected your residential country, the VAT tax (25%) will then be removed from the stated price. Please note that you will personally be responsible for any potential customs charges or import fees that might occur, this varies from country to country and if you want further information please contact your local customs office.
PAYMENT
You can pay fast and secure via your Paypal account or with your Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and all regular account payments card available through our checkout with Stripe. Currently, we don’t accept cash or cheque. Payment receiver is stated as Try Given Development & Trading on your receipt, please see below: COMPANY/ BRAND INFORMATION.
AFTER PAYMENT
Once you have placed your order and paid with either Credit Card or Paypal you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Shortly after, once your order is prepared and shipped of you will receive a shipping notification. If you haven’t received any e-mail confirmations please check your junk mail as some e-mail systems may place them there, if not please send us a note at info@hellaholic.com and we will be happy to notify you about your order status.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your brand new item and shopping from us always entitles you to return and/or exchange your product within 30 days after you received your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, just return the product(s) to us within 30 days. Please contact us at info@hellaholic.com before you return any products.
