Covid update:  Due to the pandemic we have extended our return policy to 60 days AFTER you have received your parcel. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Hellaholics 🙂

OUR RETURN POLICY IN SHORT:

  • You can return your purchase within 30 days 60 days of delivery.
  • Contact us at info@hellaholic.com before returning any items.
  • The product/products must be in new unworn condition.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
  • You will get a full refund of the products you purchased and choose to return. Shipping costs and/or toll and import fees will not be covered.
  • All returning goods are the customer’s responsibility until the goods have reached our facilities, so please make sure they are sent with tracked shipping and packed properly so they can’t get damaged on the way!

RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return items to us for a refund up to 30 days 60 days after your goods are received, provided it is in its original, unused condition and that you, the consumer, have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

RETURN SHIPMENT
The customer is responsible for the returned shipment and the cost of returning the goods. All returning goods are the customers responsibility until the goods have reached our facilities, so please make sure they are packed properly and can not get damaged during transport. Remember that you are responsible for the shipment of the goods, we therefore strongly recommend that you pay for a traced shipping option. If a parcel is lost Hellaholic will NOT be held responsible and will not replace the lost items.

Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from your carrier since this will act as your proof of delivery.

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE
If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Hellaholics is NOT responsible for any customs charges on returned goods. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES
If you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this immediately 1.) To your carrier 2.) To us at info@hellaholics.com

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Please allow up to 10 business days after the goods have reached our facilities for your returned goods to be refunded. If you have paid with Paypal your refund will be made to your Paypal account. If you have paid with your Credit card your refund will be made to your Credit card. Do NOT send any credit card information, passwords or credentials to Hellaholic by e-mail.

WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER SIZE OF THE SAME PRODUCT OR A NEW PRODUCT IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE?
In most cases, there is no problem doing this. E-mail us at info@hellaholic.com and we will sort it out for you.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Hellaholic reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
