SHIPMENT
We ship to most countries worldwide. However if you live in a very remote area please contact us first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.

  • Shipping within the EU is FREE of charge.
  • Regular global shipment is 49kr (Swedish Krona).
  • If you want to have the possibility to trace your order we offer traced and insured shipping for 119kr (Swedish Krona).
  • Orders over 100$ /about 850kr entitles you to FREE worldwide shipping.

Regular shipment are not traceable. If you are buying from overseas we strongly recommend that you choose the traced and insured shipment option. We also strongly recommend that you choose the insured shipment option if you are buying sterling silver jewellery.

Each order contains a selection of free stickers and is packed and dispatched directly the next business day or in some occasions the day after if it is during a peak period, for example a sale.

 

TIME OF DELIVERY
You should receive your goods in about 3-5 days working days after dispatch (E.U & Europe) or 10-12 working days after dispatch (International orders) *. Please note that our delivery times are working days aka business days Monday to Friday on a regular week without Bank Holidays.

We ship with the Swedish Post, please be aware that these delivery times are an approximation and some countries may experience delays due to customs and different postage systems. If you have not received your items 3 weeks after you placed your order, then please contact us and we will investigate and look in to taking further action if necessary.

IMPORTANT! During the holiday seasons the shipping time can differ from those estimated due to high pressure on all parties (Hellaholics, the carrier, customs offices). We can not guarantee the time of delivery during these periods.

Disclaimer
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally technical updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Hellaholics cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

 

CURRENCY
Prices are set in the currency Swedish Krona (kr). Please let our currency converter guide you if you are buying from another country, see below in the left corner of the footer at the bottom of the home page.

Please observe that prices will vary over time if you have another currency.

 

INFO VAT
In accordance to Swedish tax regulations we apply Swedish VAT (25%) to all orders within the E.U. Don’t worry, it is not an additional cost, it is included in the prices you see in the web shop. Customers from non EU. countries does not pay VAT, please see below.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you live in a country outside of the E.U. you will not have to pay any VAT at hellholics.com. The VAT will be deducted (-20%) from the product prices at checkout once you have selected your residential country.

 

PAYMENT
You can pay fast and secure via your Paypal account or with your Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and all regular account payments card available through our checkout with Stripe. Currently we don’t accept cash or cheque. Payment receiver is stated as Try Given Development & Trading on your receipt, please see below : COMPANY/ BRAND INFORMATION.

 

AFTER PAYMENT
Once you have placed your order and payed with either Credit Card or Paypal you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Shortly after, once your order is prepared and shipped of you will receive an shipping notification. If you haven’t received any e-mail confirmations please check you junk mail as some e-mail systems may place them there, if not please send us a note at info@hellaholic.com and we will be happy to notify you about your order status.

Tracing numbers are not automatically sent out, please email us if you would like yours at info@hellaholic.com.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your brand new item and shopping from us always entitles you to return and/or an exchange your product within 30 days after you received your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, just return the product(s) to us within 30 days. Please contact us at info@hellaholic.com before you return any products.
